One winner and, where appropriate, one honourable mention will be recognized in each category.

Winning organizations will be the focus of a case study and a video, each produced to identify and promote the promising practices, processes and innovations developed by the initiative.

These resources will support pan-Canadian awareness and understanding of the initiatives, and will enable the replication and promotion of innovative approaches.

Winners will also receive a trophy, and be featured on the MHCC’s website. Additional opportunities include invitations to selected events, participation in a mentorship program and in a Community of Champions.
