We are writing to inform you that we are confident that the technical difficulties that participants have experienced with the online questionnaires have been resolved. The IT department of the software we are using to distribute the questionnaires has identified the issues and updated our servers to accommodate enhanced capacity. While we are grateful for the level of response we have received, we regret that it has led to issues with questionnaire access and completion. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that these issues may have caused, and greatly appreciate your time and patience.

The research team of the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s National Housing Strategy Project has developed five questionnaires aimed at understanding the current housing and related support needs for people living with mental illness/problems and/or addictions in Canada. The five questionnaires are designed for various stakeholders including: (1) persons living with mental health problems or mental illness, (2) family members of persons living with mental health problems or mental illness, (3) hospital administrators and/or clinical leads (4) housing providers, and (5) community-based mental health service providers. We would like to invite you to participate in this research project by completing the applicable questionnaire(s) available through the links below. Your expertise is critical to assisting the research team in making recommendations to improve housing and supports across Canada.
