The At Home/Chez Soi Final Reports

The final results are in. At Home/Chez Soi shows that Housing First can make a real difference in ending homelessness for Canadians living with mental health problems and illness. The largest demonstration project of its kind in the world, it followed 2,000 participants for two years in five communities.
