Want to promote mental health and help change Canadian attitudes and behaviours toward mental health issues and mental illnesses? Join our network.
The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) created the Network of Ambassadors in 2013 as a resource to help address the increasing demand to disseminate our research and information. Members come from a variety of backgrounds, such as professionals in the health field, caregivers, and persons with lived experience of mental health issues and mental illnesses.
Participation in the MHCC Network of Ambassadors provides individuals with an opportunity to learn more about the work of the MHCC through webinars, newsletters, and other communiques. Ambassadors will also periodically be asked to participate in surveys and questionnaires, providing valuable feedback and direction to MHCC initiatives and projects.
Knowledge is power. By joining the Network you help the MHCC ensure that communities, organizations, and service providers stay informed about the work we do.
