Creating change within Canada’s mental health system is a major undertaking, and inspiring change within individual attitudes and behaviours is an even bigger task. Even so, with the assistance of individuals and organizations throughout the country, it is happening in measurable ways, as outlined in the Mental Health Commission’s Annual Report 2012-13.

Read the interactive flip book, or download the printable PDF version, to learn about major milestones on the road to a healthier Canada. You’ll see evidence of the growing interest in mental health across the country, reflected in the success of multiple initiatives and projects.
