As 2,000 municipal leaders gathered at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities annual conference May 31 to June 3, 2013 in Vancouver, BC, the Mental Health Commission of Canada urged all them to keep mental health front and centre, and to remember that they have a vital role to play in sparking change.
