This report tells the story of how At Home/Chez Soi was conceived and its political, policy and community contexts at the time. It presents major themes and lessons that arose in each of these contexts, such as the value of collaboration to develop solutions for complex social problems. 18 key people were interviewed nationally and at each site, including policy makers, MHCC staff and board members.
