This report explores the planning and proposal development phase of the At Home/Chez Soi project, and is a cross-site summary with a synthesis of the five individual site reports. It identifies key themes that were important to developing the five individual proposals including the relationship between the national project and individual project sites, relationships with local stakeholder groups and how to bring in disenfranchised communities including people with lived experience of homelessness and mental illness, Aboriginal communities and people from various racialized backgrounds.

This report also includes a Key Messages document and an Executive Summary at the beginning.
