How to apply

To apply for SPARK knowledge translation (KT) training, complete our online application form by December 5, 2019 (following the instructions in our application guide).

If you wish to apply for a subsidy (and have lived experience with substance use or a mental health problem or illness or have limited resources), include a completed subsidy application form. Note: our application review criteria ensure that subsidies are equitably distributed.
